This is the final part in this series about mental health apps, and here I bring up some apps for self improvement. It’s a pretty vague subject, which is why I have chosen to introduce a few different sorts of apps. One is specifically for just self improvement, but three are for creating good habits and breaking bad ones, one is to assist you while getting over addiction and two cover affirmations. In part 2 I cover one of my favourite subjects, meditation apps. Meditation has been proven to help relieve anxiety and stress, and I’m personally a sucker for guided meditations. I have a hard time turning my brain off so listening to someone else guide me is so far the best option for me. I try to meditate at least once a day and I find that it really makes a difference for my well-being. Here I bring up 7 meditation and relaxation apps that might make a difference in your life!

This is part one in a small series on mental health apps that I have planned, with this one focusing on mood trackers. I feel like this is a very important subject to bring up since more people than ever before say they have problems with their mental health. A lot of it is blamed on social media and our constant need to stay connected, so maybe it’s luck(?) that there are so many good mental health apps out there. I use one myself; and in trying times I have used more than one at the same time. There are many apps out there for many different needs. I hope I have created a decent and varied list of alternatives in this area, just know that there are many more out there.
