This is the final part in this series about mental health apps, and here I bring up some apps for self improvement. It’s a pretty vague subject, which is why I have chosen to introduce a few different sorts of apps. One is specifically for just self improvement, but three are for creating good habits and breaking bad ones, one is to assist you while getting over addiction and two cover affirmations.
